GreenLight Property Management was founded in 2004 after years working in the real estate market throughout the Greater Boston area.  Having witnessed the need for competent, cost competitive, and reliable property management service, I realized the need matched my skill sets, while allowing me to continually challenge myself, and provide an indulgence for my curiosity.  Waiting at red light in Porter Square, Cambridge the company name struck me, after careful research GreenLight was founded.

Our at GPM goal is to provide well researched management plans with a focus on cost effective management, while maintaining a long term view for the physical structure, in tune with the aim to maximize the return on your investment. 

We have assembled a staff of people who really enjoy what they do, from our accounting department, to technology team, on to the plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters and handy-men.  We’re all the same, responsible businesspeople who love our jobs.
